Need to implement CRM
Goal:
Fast and efficient setup of a CRM system to automate sales processes and lead management in three areas of the company's activity:
1. Event organization
2. Marketing services
3. Photography
Tasks:
1. Selection and implementation of a suitable CRM system
2. Build and configure three separate sales funnels for each area.
3. Integrate CRM with current channels of incoming applications (WhatsApp, Instagram/FB)
4. Create templates of client cards and deals for each area.
5. Set up notifications, tasks and reminders for managers.
6. Develop basic analytical reports on the effectiveness of funnels and sales.
