CRM Recommendation and Basic Configuration

We need a CRM that provides to us a way to view the Activity Feed with all the notes and actions that all the users made to a specific client. Now we're using Hubspot but doesn't provide that for us. What we need is a feed where we can supervise all the operation without the need to enter into a specific record (one by one) to view any note made by any employee. We're not requiring a full implementation and that is why we post this as a microproject because is the basics that we need. a. Identify the Best Tool and recommend it to us, b. Help exporting the few clients that we have at this time in Hubspot to the new tool, c. Explain to us how the system works and support creating the pipeline. Very Basic. In the future, we may post other projects extending the full capabilities of the CRM. But for the moment we just need the basics (eg. How to integrate whatsapp, email and other suggestions). You can refer to existing Youtube videos to make the job more easy for you.
