CRM Migration & Consolidation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have built more than six independent CRM modules on the Lovable platform. They work well, but Lovable’s hosting costs have grown beyond what makes sense for my business. I now want to migrate every module to a more economical environment—ideally a DigitalOcean droplet or another similarly priced VPS—while merging them into one cohesive, fully-functioning CRM.
You must be familiar with the Lovable code stack!
What I already have
• Live Lovable apps with all workflows, data structures, and UI in place.
• A clear idea of how the modules should connect once unified (contacts, deals, invoicing, reporting, etc.).
What I need from you
1. Export each existing Lovable app—data, logic, and front-end assets included.
2. Re-host the codebase on DigitalOcean (or an equivalent option you recommend for comparable cost).
3. Refactor and stitch the separate modules into a single application so users experience one login and a seamless navigation.
4. Keep all current functionality intact while ensuring performance and security best practices on the new stack.
Acceptance criteria
• All modules accessible from one domain with unified authentication.
• Data integrity verified post-migration.
• Deployment scripts or clear documentation for future scaling or server moves.
If you have handled multi-module migrations, especially from no-code/low-code platforms to custom hosting, I’d love to see your approach. Let’s make the switch smooth and cost-effective.
