I am seeking an experienced freelancer to handle the management of my customer relationship management (CRM) tool, Pipedrive. The task requires updating 120 leads with specific information and setting appointments based on email responses.
Key Responsibilities:
* Updating each lead's status and recording recent interactions. This information is critical to understanding each lead's status and prior involvement, which forms the foundation for future engagements.
* Handling email responses. Appointments should be set based on inquiries about our products/services, request for more information, or appointment confirmations. Your attention to these critical emails will help streamline my appointment scheduling and minimize delays.
The ideal freelancer for this task should have a background in sales and lead management. Previous experience with CRM tools, particularly Pipedrive is highly essential.
