CRM Expert Needed for Lead Perfection Workflows

I'm looking for a seasoned CRM professional who is well-versed in the Lead Perfection platform. The primary focus is on optimizing and enhancing our workflows for lead tracking and sales automation. This includes:
-examine and refining the entry point for leads for exisitng flows
- Streamlining the sales workflow for leads allowing them to move from "hold' status to active in realtime based on triggers
A significant part of this project will involve managing dynamic updates. You'll need to ensure that lead stages are updated in real-time based on predefined criteria. Examining existing flows and trouble shoot why they are not moving from one status to another... ie; lead scheduled for appointment cancels appointment but doesnt move to external telemarketing campaign dynamically.
You'll particularly need to implement a time-based progression system for moving leads between stages.
