This CRM development is for a mortgage company for sales, leads, follow up and status. IF YOU HAVE CRM examples for a MORTGAGE COMPANY software development experiences. We would like to know. Before we release access to an example we want to know more about your capability first. Please do share examples.
In general:
1. User security and 2 ways text or email authentication are important. (User/Marketing/Administrator). One sales agent cannot view another sales agent client data.
2. Flow is similar as enclosed in design.
3. It also must provide emailing feature, and also incorporate posting link for call centers to direct post a caller information onto this CRM for auto signing or manual assignment of lead to sales agent.
4. When a sales person is inputting information into this CRM. Sales scripts windows selection usage are important. 5. If you have any examples of your previous completed CRM for reference, please do share a sample user name and password for review to win this contract.
6. Please also keep in mind we do want email campaign feature based on automation.
7. Do need a marketing materials library that we can select in the library for use for sending out massive email drip campaign or individual new client or reminder.
8. Also providing text feature to connect to a third-party texting service. When a client or prospect email address is saved. System should auto send out a welcome email with a template and an attachment from document library. A text message will also be triggered.
9. We do need to know the type of language that you will be using so this software will not be a legacy in 1 year. We can improve and update in the future.
10. Data base, please suggest that is stable and able to house large amount of data.
