CRM Data Entry From PDF

I have several PDF files that contain plain text customer information which I need organised in Excel so I can later import it into our CRM system and run data-analysis reports. Your task is to capture every text field accurately, place it in the correct column structure I will provide, and return a clean .xlsx file that is ready for one-click upload to the CRM.
Because this is strictly data entry for a CRM system, precision is essential—spelling, dates and numeric fields must match the source PDFs exactly. Once the spreadsheet is complete I will perform pivot-table analysis, so consistent formatting (no hidden spaces, uniform date formats) is critical.
Deliverables:
• One Excel sheet per PDF, combined into a master workbook
• Columns mapped exactly to the template I supply
• Zero transcription errors confirmed by random spot-checks
