CRM Chatbot Development Needed

I need a conversational chatbot that plugs directly into our current CRM workflow. The goal is to greet visitors, guide them through a short dialogue, collect key data, and automatically log every interaction in the CRM—no manual copy-and-paste afterward. I’m flexible on the underlying tech stack, as long as the solution is reliable, secure, and easy for us to tweak without deep coding knowledge.

Here’s what I’m expecting as a finished product: a fully functioning bot deployed to our preferred channel, seamless CRM integration (user records and conversation history must sync in real time), clear documentation, and a brief hand-over session so my team can maintain or extend the bot after launch.
