CPQ Quote to Excel format off of CPQ Quote Salesforce

We are going through a transition where an existing ERP was making quotes and it was flexible to make an xls format. We have moved to CPQ with the exception of one customer who prefers their quote to be in xls format. Tried third parties and they were scrambled. Ideally a Lightning Component can be made as a template to populate fields into xls form just for this customer. Mostly quotes from CPQ are a set layout and on HTML form. All except this client.
