Bullhorn CRM/Zapier Workflow Integration Build Out
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
I'm looking for someone to help integrate and automate our recruitment workflow and onboarding process to streamline our company lifecycle life from end to end. Onboarding process, contracts process, bespoke training, compliance and mobilization data pulling and form generating to automate requests and formulate docs to send to our third party providers and track back the progress in the CRM. Expensing management and mobilization request tracking.
This involves knowledge of Bullhorn and likely Zapier to execute, working alongside ops department heads. The required data mapping and collection process is already mapped out but needs proper implementation to allow a smooth workflow between the compliance, sales, contracts, mobilisation and accounts teams. This project is at an advanced complexity level, and must be completed correctly so I need a Freelancer who is well-versed in Bullhorn, Zapier automation. Creativity is a huge plus as external knowledge of softwares that would integrate well to best build out this process is encouraged!
The specific tasks I would like automated are associated with workflow automation. This includes streamlining processes and creating automated systems. Additionally, I will need the Freelancer to integrate with my previously existing software and systems.
