I want to create an extension widget for Zoho CRM that will show a related list on some Zoho modules (Deals, Leads and Contacts), containing a FAQ, a call script and some other custom information, related to a given category.
For example: In a lead for a given product, I want to show a list of frequently asked questions about that product and a call script.
