Bloomerange - Non-profit Donor Data base software CRM

I am the CEO of a non-profit organization and I'm needing someone to learn the Bloomerange CRM Donor database and to follow up and nurture my donors on a weekly and monthly basis. Follow up by newsletters, phone calls, reports on how we spent their donations, send birthday cards, etc. This process is to make our donors know we appreciate their partnering with us to accomplish our mission.
