Bilingual Sales Representative (English/Spanish)

SaleCore is looking for a Bilingual Sales Representative to expand our reach within diverse real estate markets. You will be responsible for presenting and selling our integrated IDX websites, CRM systems, and SMS/Email marketing tools. The ideal candidate is a fluent communicator in both English and Spanish who can effectively demonstrate how our technology helps agents capture and nurture leads across cultural and linguistic boundaries.
Key Responsibilities
Multilingual Prospecting: Conduct outbound sales activities (calls, emails, and social selling) in both English and Spanish to reach a broader demographic of brokers and agents.
Bilingual Product Demos: Lead comprehensive SaleCore platform demonstrations in the prospect’s preferred language, focusing on how our automated marketing tools drive conversion.
Market Translation: Assist in conveying the value of SaleCore’s features—such as automated SMS drips and IDX property alerts—to non-English primary speakers.
Consultative Selling: Help clients set up marketing workflows that appeal to their specific community’s needs and languages.
Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for bilingual accounts, ensuring high retention and successful software adoption.
Required Skills & Experience
Language Fluency: Native or professional-level fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
Sales Background: 2+ years of experience in SaaS, Real Estate technology, or digital marketing sales.
Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of CRM functionality, email marketing automation, and how IDX websites integrate with local MLS data.
Cultural Competency: Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse business owners and understand the nuances of different real estate markets.
Performance Driven: Proven ability to manage a high-volume pipeline and consistently hit revenue targets.
This is a base hourly rate per month of 160 hours at $5.00 Per hour for a total of $750 Per Month plus uncapped commission estimates of $500 to $5,000 per month.
