Key Responsibilities:
Daily Lead Analysis and Categorization (CRITICAL): Review, filter, and categorize daily property lists provided, applying an analytical criterion and internal methodology to prioritize high-potential leads.
Telephonic Due Diligence: Make phone calls (in fluent and professional English) to County Offices, Treasuries, and Recorders/Notaries in the U.S. to inquire about tax debt status, liens, and confirm the current property title status.
Data Analysis and Support: Maintaining and using advanced spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) to record data and results from inquiries.
Pipeline Management: Keep the CRM updated with detailed notes on the title information obtained.
NOTE: This role DOES NOT require speaking with property owners or clients, only with governmental entities (Counties).
Essential Requirements:
Native/Advanced Bilingual Proficiency (C2) in Spoken and Written English. (Telephonic fluency is vital for communication with County offices).
Strong IT and Analytical Aptitude: Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) and proven ability to analyze, filter large volumes of data, and maintain attention to detail.
Investigative Mindset and Persistence: Ability to secure accurate information from external entities.

About the Role:
We are seeking a VA with solid communication and sales skills who will be responsible for the listing, promotion, and inquiry management of properties we have under contract. This role acts as the primary liaison with buyers (investors or cash buyers).
No prior real estate experience is required. We will provide complete training on the contract sales process and initial negotiation.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing and Listing: Create attractive property descriptions and post listings on various real estate platforms (e.g., social media, specialized websites, email blasts to buyer lists).
Customer Service and Sales: Respond to all inquiries (telephonic and email) from potential buyers/investors interested in the listed properties.
