US Bench Sales Recruiter Needed
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need support filling the bench with mid-level consultants who can step straight into client projects. Your day-to-day will revolve around full-cycle recruiting for US bench sales—sourcing, screening, negotiating, and onboarding talent with proven technical skills. Most of the current demand is IT-heavy, yet an ability to pivot to healthcare or finance roles from time to time will be appreciated.
Here is what success looks like for me:
• A steady stream of pre-qualified, mid-level candidates ready for deployment, each vetted for core technical depth and US work authorization.
• Clear weekly updates on pipeline progress, submissions, interviews, and starts, ideally tracked through tools such as Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, or your preferred ATS/CRM.
• Smooth hand-off to our sales team—rate confirmation, availability, and candidate documentation ironed out before the profile lands on the client’s desk.
I will share job specifics, rate cards, and marketing collateral as soon as we kick off. If you have a track record placing technically strong consultants into US projects and understand the nuances of bench sales, I’m eager to see how you can keep our bench warm and billable.
