Automation Developer
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
Looking to automate and connect multiple apps for 2 businesses. One is a mobile construction company and we're looking to integrate Copper CRM, Ring Central, FB messenger and QuickBooks Online.
Not sure if it's possible, but RingCentral thinks it is, but they think one RC account would work fine for both businesses. However, the second business is a chiropractic clinic and our software JaneApp, does not work with Open API and we were planning on simply uploading our patients contact information directly into RC.
That being said, we need to keep both customer lists separate.
I need to also automate Copper (for the construction business) so that estimates from QB are e-mailed, communication is tracked, and once invoices are sent out, and payments are made, requests for Google Reviews are made.
