Automated End-to-End CRM Build
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
I need a full-scale CRM designed, wired-up through Make.com, and ready to run without constant hand-holding. The core pillars are already clear:
• Auto-onboarding – new clients should glide from form fill to account creation, welcome emails, and first tasks without manual intervention.
• AI reply classification – every inbound message must be (a) categorised, (b) its intent detected, and (c) an appropriate draft reply generated so the team only needs to approve or tweak.
• Team workflow – automatic task assignments, progress tracking, and seamless internal communication that keeps everyone in the loop.
• Client-duplication automation – when a client repeats a purchase or project, the system should copy relevant records, spin up tasks, and notify the right people in seconds.
The foundation flows will live in Make.com, but I’m open to whichever data store or UI you prefer as long as it stays fast, modular, and easy for non-technical staff to tweak later.
Acceptance criteria
1. A live CRM instance with onboarding, AI classification, and workflow automations fully tested on at least two dummy client journeys.
2. Make.com scenario documents exported with clear, step-by-step comments so future edits are straightforward.
3. AI classification accuracy above 85 % on a 50-message sample and the ability to train further via simple CSV upload.
4. Zero duplicate records after running the duplication-prevention logic through three simulated repeat purchases.
5. A brief hand-off video (or screenshare) walking through every major automation and how to extend it.
