Auto Glass CRM & Invoicing Platform customized

I need a single, streamlined system that lets my auto-glass team keep every customer, job, vehicle, invoice, and payment in one place. The first milestone focuses on customer and job management, but the end goal is a full-cycle platform that also tracks our windshield inventory, mouldings, urethane, tools, and automatically feeds that data into profit-and-loss reports.

For the customer/job module, invoice management is the centrepiece. I want to:
• create branded, fully customizable invoice and estimate templates,
• log and track every payment—cash, card, insurance, or fleet account—and
• trigger friendly, automated reminders whenever a balance is still outstanding.

The interface must stay technician-friendly: quick-fill forms for road-side jobs, easy search by vehicle VIN or customer name, and on-demand generation of estimates, invoices, receipts, or summary reports.
