Australian Mortgage Processing Assistant
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I’m a busy broker in Australia and need a dedicated assistant in the Philippines who already understands our end-to-end loan process. You should be comfortable jumping straight into ApplyOnline and NextGen, running files through Mercury, and working with whichever other CRMs a deal may require.
Day to day you’ll collect and check client documents, key data, complete serviceability calculators, order valuations, then chase lenders until formal approval drops. Most of my current pipeline sits with CBA, ANZ and NAB, though Bankwest and Bluestone appear often, so recent experience with those credit policies will help you hit the ground running.
Strong written and spoken English, meticulous attention to detail, reliable internet and a quiet workspace are essential because you’ll be the one providing file updates to both clients and lenders while I’m on the road.
