35k Australian Construction PM Leads

I need a fresh database of 35,000 construction-sector Project Managers spread across every state and territory in Australia. Each record has to include:

• Full name
• Company name
• Unique corporate email (no duplicates)
• Direct phone number
• Personal LinkedIn profile URL

I want the bulk of the data sourced from reputable industry directories rather than scraped randomly, so it reflects active professionals currently managing projects. Before delivery, please run the list through your preferred verification tools (Hunter, NeverBounce, ZeroBounce or similar) so the emails are cleaned and show zero hard-bounce risk.

Deliver the final file in Excel or CSV, clearly labeled, ready for an immediate upload to my CRM. I’ll review a 200-lead sample first; once those pass verification, you can complete and hand over the remaining records.
