Assist in Customization of Zoho CRM - Deluge skills needed

I am in need of someone to assist in the development/customization of two Zoho CRM instances.
Skills needed:
* Ability to create custom buttons with Deluge to create new entity records (similar to a convert)
* Understanding of entity relationships and bridging modules.
* Ability to create views, reports and dashboards
Please bid hourly and give an example of how long it would take to create a custom button to create a new entity entry with the data from an existing entry.
