Appointment Setter (Virtual Assistant) for Content Agency

We're seeking a motivated Appointment Setter (Virtual Assistant) to join our content agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, scheduling appointments, and managing follow-ups.

Your job is simple
→ Fill the calendar with qualified leads who need our services.
Responsibilities
- Scrape & research qualified leads (we’ll give clear ICPs)
- Send 75–100 targeted DMs/day (we give you the scripts)
- Book 5–10 qualified calls/week into Calendly
- Follow up fast, confirm show-ups, keep the lead hot
- Update CRM daily with pipeline status
- Report your output every night (DMs sent, calls booked, show-up %, insights)
You’re a Fit If You:
- Have appointment setting experience (1+ year)
- Have insane discipline and speed
- Can handle objections, and bounce back fast
- Are available in US time zones (timezone compatibility = non-negotiable)
- Can start immediately, commit full-time, and stay consistent
Bonus Points
- Experience setting for coaches, creators, or agencies
- Fluent in English — written & spoken
- Already used tools like Trello, Notion, or Slack
Compensation:
- Base pay (+)
- Bonus for call show-up rate above 80%
- Bonus for 15+ calls booked/week
- Promotion: Top performers can graduate fast into leadership roles
Paid Tryout
You’ll go through a 7-day paid challenge with KPI targets. Only those who hit results stay on.
