Airline Lead Tracking on Monday
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need my existing Monday.com workspace shaped into a clear, end-to-end CRM pipeline for our charter airline. Every lead should move effortlessly from Initial Contact all the way through Post-Flight Feedback, with nothing slipping through the cracks.
The flow I have in mind is simple to describe but time-consuming to build: Initial Contact → Follow-up Communication → Quote sent → Payment confirmed → 72-hour tasks → 24-hour tasks → Day-of-execution tasks → Post-Flight Feedback. “72-hour” and “24-hour” refer to operational checklists that must trigger automatically as the flight date approaches, while Day-of-execution covers crew briefs, FBO confirmations and dispatch notes.
I want this board (or connected boards/views if that is cleaner) to:
• show a single card per flight request,
• surface the right sub-items or checklists at each stage,
• fire reminders to the team when a card sits too long, and
• feed a simple dashboard that highlights overdue follow-ups and gives me a weekly summary of flown, paid and pending trips.
You’re free to use Monday automations, formula columns, forms or Make/Zapier connections—whatever keeps the workflow smooth and in one place. At hand-off I expect the live board, the automations turned on, and a quick Loom or written guide so my team can start using it immediately.
