This is with regards to seek legal assistance to file a case against Mr. Eric Gregoire, SHG (Swiss Hospitality Group) and SHG Marseille. SHG Marseille is an international Hospitality, Cruising and Business school located in South of France. I had made a payment to SHG Marseille of €3750 in September 2020 as part fees for MBA in hospitality program. My visa got rejected and as per the contract I was suppose to recieve the refund within 90 days of the submission of my rejection letter, but it has been almost a year and a half but there is no response still. Currently I am living in Portugal and seeking legal assistance.
I seek your assistance to file a case in Paris, Lyon or Marseille. I am also looking for compensation from Mr. Eric Gregoire, SHG (Swiss Hospitality Group) or SHG Marseille.
