I need a criminal lawyer for a 3rd degree burglary charge

Girlfriend held currently in whitfield county jail, GA for this. She apparently took a tow truck drivers keys. Now Whitfield County Jail says she cannot be released because Sarasota deputies are going to get her, but FL says she can bond out. I am very confused.
