I am set for sentencing at Cairns District Court December 13th for matters about which I had instructed Fish & Dore that I wished to plead guilty for the original sentencing set for September 19.
[unfortunately I had a heart attack 2 weeks after returning from detox in Rockhampton medical discharge attached]
My fees for F&D $40K, Derek Perkins $6K, for a ‘brief’ (.ed) reign from Sept 14, & suggestion I return to F&D. Offer/ enquiry pending.
I am seeking further advise a likely someone to have Dec 13 adjourned to a later date ASAP preferably following a full psychiatric assessment of four sessions over 1 month starting January 30, fully booked and partially paid for.
PS MY GREATEST SUPPPORT in this sorry tale is Australian Federal Police's DEAN TUCKER
see attached is crowns case, looks grim, not so thanks to the non-prejudice, ‘evidence only’ based assessment of my situation by the raid leader, AFP’s Dean Tucker.
He is absolutely convinced personal use only and “nothing to see here”, telegram evidence all easily dismissed (would be for a Syd jury who knew I was radio DJ dickhead type) No one has taken MY story, I feel like taking up Dean’s offer for an interview (madness of course)
My only intention coming to Cairns 2018 after 10yrs end of life parent carer (mum Alzheimers, Dr dad cancer) swim more (masters swimmer) drink less - the vibe of Tobruk Pool & former AFP guy character reference (also attached)
