I need a Lawyear.

I had a partnership business. but we already closed this business. now my partner opens similar kind of business with his wife's name. For that I have no problem. The problem is he used my pictures 8 times in new business website, All documents and our previous company name without my permission. Is it legal in Germany? What can I do against it?
