Unintended shoplifting

I was arrested for shoplifting in west Windsor, New Jersey. I had left the store believing it was paid for due to an amnesia condition (dissociative identity disorder) for which I have a doctors testimony. While I take responsibility for my mistake, I’m hoping to present to the judge that it was unintentional. I am looking for legal counsel.
