The renter took 5000aed for rent and 5000aed for deposit, than said that gave no apartments, but can book from another renter, and I need to pay 7200aed because his card is not working, and he will return the money at 2 Jan (7200aed). But now he disappeared . I want to make a statement of claim for the fraud.
