Project Description:
I am seeking a legal professional for a short-term, task-specific engagement to provide genderal advise with a criminal defense case involving RA 9165. You will not be representation. I would just like get an idea about how these cases move forward. The case stage is unknown and details will provided. It's a good refresher for any lawyers.

Specific Deliverables:
Legal Memorandum: A concise brief on custodial rights and available procedural defenses.

*Counter-Affidavit: Drafting the response to the complaint-affidavit based on provided facts.

*Bail Strategy: A written outline for a General Bail Strategy, identifying weaknesses in the prosecution’s evidence.

*Fact Analysis: Identifying specific "Chain of Custody" (Section 21) lapses from the police records.

Technical Requirements:
Jurisprudence: Mastery of recent Supreme Court rulings on Section 21 and the "Three-Witness Rule."

Precision: Ability to draft clear, persuasive legal documents under a deadline.

Experience: Open to all with legal background, preferred lawyers.
