Ms. Probation Services

I am looking for someone who can write a program for my company. I owe and operate a private probation company, which in small terms means, im contract work for the state but paid by the defendants. I work with the court systems and maintain the defendants who are placed on probation to uphold the orders of the court . Which include classes, drug test , fines, non adjudication and many other things. I need a program that i can plug information in and keep up with orders and generate reports based on dates and info also when they check in each month print receipts and be able to balance at the end of the day how much money I have taken in. Also, I would like it to generate a text message to each defendant every month on their check-in day to remind them to be in my office. Mind you I am doing all of this by hand at the moment. Every other program I have looked at has so much extra things that do not pertain to my company, I am very interested in building a program. That is my own. Can anyone help?
