Police clearance certificate from Qatar -- 2

I have had a road accident in Qatar in 2011, and after that I pursued my job till 2014. I have left Qatar in January 2014 since then I have never been to Qatar again. I have applied for PCC from Qatar but CEID didn't issue me the certificate. I want to hire someone professional to handle this and arrange Police clearance certificate. Thank you
