Mediation Needed for Conflict Resolution
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We have a conflict situation between two individuals, Person A and Person B, that requires attention and mediation.
The main issues to address include:
- Person A is accused for manipulation and intrigue making by Person B.
- Person A on the other hand claims to be a victim of anger and claims innocence.
- Person B claims to have hard evidence including testimonials from people that A is accused of having attempted to manipulate.
-Mediation between A and B has been attempted but turned out to be biased so therefore we want to find an unbiased solution.
We are seeking a mediator who can help us achieve a complete resolution of this conflict. Both parties have agreed to participate in the mediation process and are open to working through their issues.
Ideal skills and experience for the job include:
- Proven track record in conflict resolution and mediation.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to remain neutral and impartial.
