Expungement

I have a felony conviction for possession of a controlled substance from 1999. I received 410 probation for first time offenders which was completed successfully. I'm looking to get my record expunged AND have my gun rights reinstated. I don't know if this requires 2 separate services or if my gun rights and ability to get a FOID card will be fine once this felony is removed from my record.
