Drug pwisd attorney
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Had a medical emergency in a hotel room. The police with the hotel manager entered the room. Inside narcotics including schedule 1 and 2 were found. These were not mine. They belonged to someone else that was not in the room.
I even worked with the police directly after the event.
Now they are not doing what they said they would do and drop that charges. I am being offered an alternative court that I do not wish to participate in.
Charges should have been droooed but weren’t. It’s my first real drug charge. And per my public defender, the DA is unwilling to reduce or dismiss like they are doing with many other cases.
