Criminal Law Enforcement Procedures Research
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I need a sharp legal mind to gather and analyse authoritative material on law-enforcement procedures within the field of criminal law. The goal is to arm me with a clear, well-supported understanding of how officers are expected to act from initial contact through custody, including any recent changes or contentious interpretations.
This job requires a skilled individual to research the law and to establish the sequential actions to be followed by us as we were recently hacked and the blackmailing requests by the hacker!
If you fear this type work
Or you cannot fathom the responsibilities involved,
Then we don't need to waste time.
I will not respond to the usual BOTS that are used by various contractors.
DISCUSS OPENLY IF YOU KNOW HOW TO SET UP THIS TYPE OF ENQUIRY ???????
Please locate primary sources—statutes, agency directives, internal guidelines, official manuals—and the most relevant secondary commentary that explains or critiques them. Jurisdiction will be specified once we start, but depth and accuracy matter more than sheer volume; every point must be backed by a pinpoint citation.
Deliverables should include:
• A concise research memo that walks through each procedural stage, highlighting controlling authority and notable divergences across jurisdictions.
• A source list with full, correctly formatted legal citations and live links or document IDs.
• Brief notes flagging any areas where the law is unsettled or where practice routinely departs from the written rule.
If you have experience parsing departmental policies or translating dense statutory language into plain English, you’ll be a great fit.
