Consumer Credit Act - legal help needed with law

I am looking for someone who can write a legal and good document where i am refusing my finance car bringing - returning it back to dealer, which i can send to car dealer and car finance to cancel all this. As they may refused it and something good is needed to avoid that and get money back to my finance company as this car been with me just little bit more then one month and i already had to bring it back to service after driving it for one week - it was sitting in service for two weeks till it was fixed and now again i am having some issues with it and it must be taken back in - but i am tired , i don't wanna do that as there is no guarantees that after 6 months this car will be driveable, safe and that i wouldn't be walking with 15k debt on my shoulders.

I have took a car from car dealer (McKinney Motors) and finance company "First Response Finance" financed my car with "Hire Purchase Agreement".
Total cost of car is £7425.00 with APR of 37.9% - £250.42 for 61 months.
When i took this car back in after driving it for a week, i have made a list with problems what was wrong.
- Chairs in car was vibrating and shaking when driving on road.
- Cars steering wheel was shaking and vibrating when driving on road.
- Front Discs was heating up.
- Car produced a lot of smoke when engine was started (this usually went away in 30/60 minutes - but still i was concerned).
- Brakes wasn't really effective at all - and rust on brake discs and caliprers was and still is visible.
After a week i called in and asked is it fixed (as on Facebook - Mc Kinney Motors said that it will be ready on Monday to pick it up.) Mechanic on the phone said that two front discs has been replaced and there shouldn't be any problems.
I have picked this car up after two weeks and started to drive, vibration was gone, chairs didn't shaked and steering wheel was fine and brakes was little better then before.
But problems with smoke is still there and now again few new problems showed up.
- Same smoke.
- Here is a squeeking, squealing sound coming from the engine , i am not sure is it belt or something around there as it shows up when car is started and goes away in few minutes time.
- Rear brake discs ar making scratching noise - like metal grinding sound and it feels like car is loosing hers speed and being sopped while driving.
- Cars brake calipers are still rusted and old, not sure is this even is safe.
I have sent then a message explaing this situation (to car dealer) and asking for help, they have responded that this will be the first thing what they will do in morning and they will get back to me and i said it's okay and just to send all response on paper - next day no one came back, but i am sure if i will call them - they will ask me to get the car back in.
Basically i am really tired of this and i don't wanna keep this car no more, as there is no guarantees that it will be safe, that it will not brake down and that it will be safe to use long term and i wouldn't end up with paying debt of 15k and still walking.
I need good letter/document, with law included about refusal of this car and request to cancel all this and send money back to my finance company and in same time i could send this letter to my finance company explaining all this and canceling all those services with them as well.
Could you be able to do this in few hours time please?
Need someone to get this done as quick as possible.
