Bus Company Neglect

Bus from The Drive to Bayfair (after working at Trinity Wharf Easter day)
My daughter was the only person on the bus other than a gang of 15, 13-17 year old boys/girls. They started by harassing her. Then they took tools out of their backpack and started to remove the hand railings from the bus, then throwing them at her head. She asked the bus driver if they would help, but the driver ignored her and kept driving. They then exchanged some words. After that they all surrounded her then started punching and kicking her. Again the bus driver did nothing but drive to the next stop. They kept kicking and stomping on her head and body. Then one of them picked her up buy her hair and started punching her in the head. She was then dropped back to the floor and they all continued to kick and stomp until they reached the next stop. They then robbed her of her phone air pod case and keys. All of this was captured on the bus cameras. She went to the doctor and was told she has internal bruising and could not work for 5 days. She then went to the police where they took a full statement as well as photos. We also reported the incident to the bus company.
