Arrest record expungement Virginia

I got arrested for underage posession of alcohol in 2016 in Charlottesville, VA. I pleaded for the first offence program and after 1 year probation I was NOT convicted. However, it seems like the record is still in the system and I get stopped every time I fly into the US. I would like to get my record expunged with urgency.
