Crestron Programming for Conference Room

I'm looking for a skilled Crestron programmer to set up and integrate a video conferencing system and digital signal processor for a small conference room.

Requirements:
- Control of Audio/Video equipment via Crestron
- Integration of specific brands/models of equipment (details will be provided)
- Experience with Crestron systems and programming

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Crestron programming
- Familiarity with various A/V equipment, especially video conferencing systems and DSPs
