Crestron Developer for Teams Room

I need a Crestron developer to work on a commercial automation project. The focus is on developing a single Teams room controller and scheduler. Will provide project specification developer will be built to. This will be collaborative with Project AV Engineers (just not experienced in Creston). Open to pricing structure to protect both of us. Probably milestones and retainage - open to suggestions but need total project budget number. Seek to develop pricing and requirements document with work starting near first of 2026. Best if developer has basic design convenient for them and I will "tweak" to Owner preferences.

Need developer fluent in English that can attend conference calls with Owner during normal working hours on East Coast USA.

Key Requirements:
- Develop a Teams room controller and scheduler for commercial automation.
- Integrate calendaring systems with the Teams room controller.
- Design custom user interfaces for the Teams room scheduler.
