Crestron CP4 Access & Reprogramming
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a seasoned Crestron programmer to jump on a remote session this Thursday at 9:00 AM ET and sort out three pressing items on a CP4 processor:
• Access recovery – I no longer have working credentials and must regain full admin-level control.
• System malfunctioning – random lock-ups and delayed command execution have appeared over the last week; you’ll diagnose and clear these faults.
• Reprogramming – once access is restored, we’ll test each network connection and update the lighting logic for the bedroom and the outdoor circuits.
The immediate focus is to make sure the processor communicates properly, then adjust or rebuild the modules that drive the affected lighting loads so scenes trigger reliably from existing keypads and the app.
Deliverables I will sign off on:
1. Verified login to the CP4 with new secure credentials.
2. Stable processor confirmed through a 24-hour error-free log in Crestron Toolbox.
3. Revised program uploaded, with bedroom and outdoor lights dimming, scheduling, and scene calls functioning cleanly on demand.
4. Backup of the final SIMPL program and compiled files delivered to me.
We’ll work over Zoom, and I’ll provide VPN access plus any documentation you request. Familiarity with SIMPL Windows, Device Database updates, and Toolbox diagnostics is essential—please be prepared to screen-share and talk me through your steps as we go.
