Design of Spur gear in creo

You are working with a team of engineers from a company that specializes in the design and manufacturing of
Segway (Two-wheeled personal transporters). Your team’s challenge is to design a gearbox that can perform
satisfactorily with service life upto 1,50,000-2,00,000 kms.
Use of CAD Tools (Geometric model, Mechanism Design, Finite Element
analysis, drawings)
 Perform mechanism design analysis to show working of the gears
mechanism and check for interfering parts.
 Perform stress analysis on the system using any commercial finite
element software like Solidworks, PTC Creo, Ansys, Abaqus etc.
