CREO Ducati monster 620 Seat Cowl Design

Job ID: 40122833

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I need a faithful yet manufacturable recreation of the Ducati Monster 620 IE seat cowl (part #59510251C) built natively in Creo. The component will be produced from a single 2 mm aluminum sheet and formed by pressing, so please model it as a sheet-metal part with the appropriate bend allowances and K-factor set.

Minor adjustments to the original geometry are acceptable where they simplify tooling or improve fit, but the overall profile, mounting points, and styling cues must remain true to the factory piece.

Deliverables I expect:
• 1 Creo parametric part file (.prt) with a fully constrained sheet-metal feature tree
• A flat-pattern 2D drawing that includes key dimensions, bend lines, radii, and material call-outs
• A formed-state 2D drawing matching the finished shape, complete with overall dimensions, hole locations, and any critical tolerances

Make sure the drawings are ready for fabrication—title block filled, views aligned, and dimensions legible. If you already work with Creo Sheetmetal, this should be straightforward; just keep the model tidy and editable. I’ll review the files by opening them directly in Creo to verify bend tables, BOM notes, and accuracy against the OEM part.

Looking forward to seeing your approach.
