I want a refund

I am looking for assistance in securing a refund of my $90 payment. I have not used the item and it did not meet my expectations. The payment I would like to be refunded is a Credit Card Charge, in the amount requested of $50-$100. You will need to provide proof that I received an incorrect item or that it did not meet my expectations to secure the refund. Your help in this endeavor is greatly appreciated.
