I would like Help writing or a poem, written for my Girlfriend for her birthday

So my girlfriend and i have known eachother since we were 15 and 16 years old, were now 20 and 21. we started dating the 2nd of april and i want to get her a poem engraved with a necklace but ive been going on all night about trying to make a poem for her and im stuck. please!!! any help writing or writing it yourself with my ideas would be great.
