YouTube Story Telling Channel - Script Writer and Video Editor

I am setting up a YouTube podcast channel which talks about fascinating stories - fictional and non fictional. This is not some random channel popping up - I am a strategy professional with some experience business strategy, digital marketing and most importantly have a decade of an art background. I am looking for a script writer (Hindi and English) and a video editor to work on video to video basis. The commercials can start at basic at start and will incremental with the revenue growth.
