Writer needed to create a scene between two characters

Create a scene strictly with dialogue from 2 characters that are arguing. Make sure that you establish the idea that these 2 characters have a deep, rich history. Therefore, the argument needs to be complex and thoughtful. THIS IS NOT JUST YELLING. These 2 characters do not hate each other.
