Write 0-3 Friendship Book

I’m putting together a warm, toddler-friendly picture book that celebrates friendship for the 0–3 age group. I need a writer who can craft a short, rhythmic manuscript (around 150–250 words) that keeps little listeners engaged, gently repeats key phrases, and finishes with an uplifting, easy-to-grasp message.

Because I’ll be pairing the text with simple and colorful illustrations, each spread should include a concise art note that describes the scene, mood, and main colors so an illustrator can pick it up and run with it. Think bold shapes, bright palettes, and clear focal points that tiny eyes can follow.

Deliverables
• Final manuscript in Word or Google Docs
• Page-by-page illustration brief/storyboard (PDF or PPT)
• One round of revisions after my review to fine-tune wording or pacing

Acceptance criteria
• Age-appropriate vocabulary and sentence length
• Consistent theme of friendship from beginning to end
• Ten to fourteen spreads, each with a matching illustration note
• Read-aloud rhythm that holds a toddler’s attention in under three minutes

If you also illustrate in a simple, colorful style, let me know—that could be a future phase. Otherwise, focus on delivering a charming story that’s ready for art.
