Translate Toddler Adventure Stories
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I have a small collection of adventure-themed stories — only a handful, no more than five — written for very young listeners (ages 1-3). I need each of them rendered into natural, engaging Spanish that keeps the playful tone, simple vocabulary, and short sentence rhythm toddlers respond to.
You’ll receive the English originals in Word format. I’m looking for a translator who can:
• Preserve the sense of wonder and gentle suspense typical of toddler-friendly adventures.
• Keep sentences concise and vocabulary age-appropriate while avoiding literal, “classroom” Spanish.
• Flag any cultural references that might confuse a Spanish-speaking audience and suggest smooth alternatives.
Deliverables: a separate, fully translated Word (or Google Docs) file for each story, ready for read-aloud use. Once the drafts are complete, a quick round of edits based on my feedback will wrap the project. I’m eager to start as soon as you’re available.
